Part of a comprehensive program providing healthcare and social services to support seniors who are nursing home eligible but want to remain in their homes. Note: Adult Day Care programs offer a structured day program for adults who have some difficulty managing independently at home. These centers also provide relief for caregivers. Fee charged.
